Champagne Society ships to addresses in the United States only. Our supply partners ship from US warehouses, so we don't currently accept international orders.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the item. Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days after dispatch. Some items — especially larger or specialty pieces — take longer, up to about 3–4 weeks. The exact estimated delivery window for the item you're buying is always shown on its product page before you check out.
Shipping rates
- Standard: free on every US order.
- Express: $15.
Final shipping charges are always shown at checkout before payment. We never add fees afterwards.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, contact us at info@champagnesociety.net and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
